Kamareta Alkaline Milk Cleaner 1000ml (2 x 50ml bottles) is designed for the thorough cleaning of the milk system of fully automatic coffee machines, steam wands, milk jugs, milk frothers, hoses, and couplings. Kamareta Milk System Cleaner Red ensures optimal cleaning and hygienically and effortlessly removes stubborn milk residue and proteins. The cleaner can be used with both hot and cold liquids.
Milk consists of water, fats, proteins, lactose, and salts. Milk contains protein particles to which bacteria can easily adhere. If milk residue remains in your coffee machine, it will impair the quality of the milk foam. Regular cleaning ensures that you can continue to prepare perfect cappuccinos, latte macchiatos, or café lattes.
